Ginger tea. You need: hot water, rasberry jam, chopped ginger, lemon or lime and a little bit of honey or sugar. Best for colds or preventing colds!
 
 
Bananas. So good for a quick energi fill-up, after or before training and you can use it in baking and banana pancakes.
 
 
Omelett. So easy, lemon squizyyyy! You just need a few eggs, a drop a milk and some cheese and vegetables or something else and fry it for a couple of minutes, and then tadaaaaaaah, you got a great meal!
