Am I my body, or is it just my body?
Wanted to share a thing I made in a impro-class today. We all had a piece of paper of our own size and then the challenge was to paint our body somehow, according to how we were feeling. And yeah, above you can see what mine looked like. Afterwards we improvised in the dark, not allowed to step out of our "map". I am not going to say what I felt, so let your imagination go crazy or just don't bother.
