Otherwise? Doing pretty well. Growing stronger for each day that goes, learning lots in the ballet everyday, living life fully. I think moving abroad and doing what I want is the best decision I have ever made. So, I advice you to go for the thing you really want, and you know that if you want it enough it will work out, don't think about others - it's your life. Don't be afraid. You will not regret it.

I'm thinking more and more about Christmas, now that it's coming nearer. I really look forward to going home for two weeks and celebrating Christmas with my family and friends. These times of the year feel even more important for me now than they did before, because I'm not seeing my family a lot. But that's whats so great later, when you finally meet them, it's going to be so nice!
Until I go home, which is in like 3-4 weeks, I'm going to work as much as I can to become stronger and better dancer. In the last 3 weekends that's left; brunch with my lovely friends, christmas markets, christmas party and the search of christmas presents awaits.
Most important of all, I will enjoy this cosy time of the year which I really, really like so much! And I think you should do it too, no stress, worries, sad faces becase it's the time of JOY.

yea, I think we managed
Yesterday. Alessia and I went out to get some christmas feeling, and I can tell you that we sure did! We went to Hackescher Markt where they had a small market and I tried Chestnuts for the first time. After that we took a bus to Potsdamer Platz and I took some pics of the three cool buildings! We also visited a really nice Christmas market there and I kind of fell in love with the stars in the picture above! They were beautiful, I might go back and buy one soon. In Potsdamer Platz you can also find Sony Center, and in there they have made an amazing and huge light-setting, it felt like in a film! They also had a bubble machine and they bubbles looked like snowflakes in the light!
Around 7 we walked into a BBQ restaurant and orded some dinner. I had grilled Duck and Herb Potatoes with smoked sauce, really tasty. And btw, it was also the first time I tried duck, which won't be the last time either!
So, I think we managed quite well with getting a Christmas feeling, don't you say?
PS: I'm loving Berlin more and more for each day, it's really a great city!

amazing mess
Made my first Fish Tacos tonight! Have you tried it? If not, you should because it's superb!
I followed this recipe (homemade salsa, guacamole and marinade for the fish), it's in swedish but I hope there is an English-language-button or maybe google translate can help haha, however it's not difficult and it doesn't require perfection! I didn't make the Cole Slaw because I don't like it haha and I don't think it's very Taco-like. I filled my tortilla with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, sweet corn and jalapenos instead! :)
PS: I think I learnt to never buy taco-sauces or spice-mixes anymore, it's so much better when you do it yourself!

a secret love of mine
I love and have a passion for shoes! I think they are really interesting and I love wierd styles, especially platform types. So, this is maybe something you didn't know about me.. (?) I think they are the finish of an outfit, and shows quality and personality. I rather have one pair of good, quality and stylish shoes than many cheap with no special style.

Hope you're all doing fine! :)
I'm happy but sick right now so I had to miss ballet today :( *feeling really bad*! I went to school as usual, although I didn't feel so good, and had german and kügym (the stamina, stretching etc. lesson), and just felt that my body was really weak and couldn't work as normal. Like, not tired but really exhausted and I got really warm quickly. I felt dizzy and stuff so I decided, after many questions to myself, to go home and rest. Now I feel a bit better, but I don't know if it's better during the physical training yet, I really hope so! Now it's time for an early night, good night! :)

Ginger tea
Hello guys, I've been caught by a cold which sucks. Is there anything worse than being sick and not being able be your normal?
NO, I don't beleive so. I'm making lots of ginger tea at the moment, I think it helps. This morning I did a very simple one with just ginger&honey, but you can add rasberry/strawberry jam and lemon. It's still healthy!
Yesterday I didn't feel well at all and just stayed at home in the evening, watching "7 Pounds" with Will Smith - such a great movie!
Todays plans: nothing. No but tonight I'm going out for a pizza anyway and the rest of the day I will fill with something.. I really want to take some pictures, a long time ago now. Have a nice Saturday guys! Ciiaaoo <3

TONIGHT: performance and Polina Semionova!
Done! My first performance with the Staatliche Ballet Schule Berlin - check! I think the performance was over all good, a few mistakes but otherwise I think the school performed well.
AND, guess what?! In the end (backstage), Polina Semionova came! OMG! I love her and she stood like 2 m. away from me...! On friday she is going to look at some pieces from Le Corsaire at the school which I'm unfortunately not participating in, but I will watch of course! Looking forward to it, and I think she will be visiting the school more often now, SO exciting!

Two months ago, my brother on visit in Berlin, miss it
Today was a really funny day. I don't know why but I found everything funny and awkward haha. This week is a fun week - wednesday performance and Thursday as well as Saturday we are free! I haven't got any plans for the long weekend (although friday is a normal schoolday) but I really fancy going to some markets. Today it felt a bit more like winter in the air - which made me think of Christmas even more, I really love that time of the year! Sooo, maybe I'll go looking for some Christmasy-ish-lights to put up in the flat to make it more cosy.. haah I probably sound really dreamy now but I really love Christmas! But now, enough haha. Hope you've had a good day!

First stage rehearsal
#TODAY..
we had the first Rehearsel of Le Cosaire on stage at the "Schiller Theater". It went ok and aaaaaaggh - it's really the best feeling to be back on stage again - it was a while ago now!
After we finished (early today: 13.30 because of the stage rehearsel), Alessia, Michela and I went to VAPIANO. The have great Italian food and this time I took Pesto Rosso with Lenguini. My coffee of the day was a Caramel Macchiato - which is the best type of coffee according to me. A luxorious day, not everyday haha! ;)

50 days to Christmas
And 45 days left until I leave Berlin to go home for the winter holidays. I'm looking forward to a cosy Christmas at home. Not long left - but many fun things to come before that!

Today is Sunday and it's been a really relaxing day for me. I got up late and made brunch, scrambled eggs on toast with a cup of tea and after that I've just been listening to music, watching series like Family Guy and just taking it easy. I woke up with so much pain in my backside thigh muscles today so I have had a bit of a hard time even walking haha! I guess it's from the Contemporary yesterday, which was by the way great fun! Now I'm just going to make a cup of tea, skype with my parents and have an early night. I think.

Friday today, or for about 7 minutes more but still, it's lovely friday. It's been a good day today. Tomorrow we are having an opening day at school so the schedule is a bit different. I don't start until 12.40 with classical and after that I will have two short contemporary lessons finished of by rehearsel. I'm looking forward to it, especially having a bit of contemporary because the lessons have been missed out lately because of the Le Coirsare rehearsals. Sooooo, I'm ready for it!
